JM Share Pack — What we need

Client Museum Research · Presidio La Bahía cluster · v0.4j

What this page is

A short, practical page for Client. It explains exactly what feedback or information helps most, and how to send it in a way that’s easiest for us to apply.

How to use it

Where it fits: This page is the fastest way to move the project from “candidate pack” to “ready to share.”

Tip: If you want to comment directly on wording, copy/paste the sentence and add: “Change to: …”

What we need from Client (priority order)

  1. Stewardship / mandate language: What is the safest, simplest way to describe who operates, maintains, and interprets Presidio La Bahía today? If there’s an “official phrasing,” tell us.
  2. Angel of Goliad documentation trail: Any documents that clarify the status of Angel of Goliad Plaza, adjacent land, or agreements under discussion (draft MOUs, meeting minutes, official statements).
  3. Scope confirmation: Confirm that Presidio La Bahía is the center of the story; satellites are only supporting chapters.
  4. Tone preference: Should the public narrative read like (A) a museum exhibit draft, (B) a grant-style memo, or (C) a short public explainer?

Simple feedback format (copy/paste)

If you don’t want spreadsheets, this format works great in email/text.

Optional: “Yes/No” quick answers

  • Is it okay to describe Presidio La Bahía as a Texas Historical Commission State Historic Site? (Yes/No/Needs wording)
  • Do you want the Angel / Fannin / Zaragoza chapters included as supporting context only? (Yes/No)
  • Are there any topics to avoid in public-facing language at this stage? (List if any)
